I put a 17in Memphis Slim on my Thumper with the quick release mounting brackets. I am about 5ft 9in and could see over the top if I sat up straight. You will need the short one if you want to see over the top all the time. I like the windshield very well and it takes about a minute to take it off for cleaning.
